The program of the study visit is planned according to the requests of the partner. In the standard version, there are 2 or 3 different activities every day. The activities take place in Vicenza, Verona and Venice and, upon request, in Padua. The timetable is from 9 a.m. to 5-6 p.m. with a lunch break of 1-2 hours depending on the locations. Local transfers are made by public transport, by rented bus, or by the group mean of transport.

The duration of the program varies, according to the specific needs of the group, from 2 to 5 days (excluding outward and return journey).

The group is assisted by an accompanying person / interpreter from Eurocultura. The standard languages ​​are English, German, Spanish and French. Other languages ​​are available upon request at an additional cost.

Eurocultura organizes all the logistics of the study visit from the arrival airport to the hotel.
Hotel Accomodation
Accommodation is in Vicenza, in three or four star hotels, in single or double room with breakfast. The hotels are near the city center (5 to 15 minutes walk) and accessible from the railway station by bus.
Lunches are organized based on the program. Upon request, dinner can be booked in typical restaurants and pizzerias of Vicenza and other visited cities. The farewell dinner is included in the program.
Airport transfers
On request, pick-up at the airport can be arranged. Vicenza is well connected by train to Venice, Verona and Treviso, Bergamo and Milan airports.

Vicenza is on the main route connecting Milan to Venice. Trains from both directions arrive and depart every hour. During the study visit, public transportation or hired coaches are used.

Working languages
English, German, Spanish or French are the languages ​​used during the program. Other languages ​​require an additional charge.
