Eurocultura organises the complete logistics of the study visit, from the pick-up from the airport to the hotel accommodation and the bus rent.
Hotel
The accommodation is in Vicenza in 3 or 4-stars hotels, in single or double room. Breakfast and free WiFi included. The hotels lie in the city centre or very close to it (5-15 minutes walk) and are reachable from the railway station by foot or by bus.
Half and full board
Based on the partner’s wishes, Eurocultura can organise a half or full board programme.
Airport
Vicenza is well connected by train to Venice, Verona, Treviso, Bergamo and Milan airports (1,5 – 3 hours). Eurocultura can arrange a pick-up service from the airport.
Transport during the programme
During the study visit, we move by public transportation or private buses.
Programme language
English, German and Spanish are programme languages. Eurocultura can organise the programme in other languages at extra charge.
Free time
Eurocultura can make reservations for different cultural events.
