Programme implementation

The programme of the study visit is planned according to the partner’s requests and basing on the standard version of the programme brochure. The duration of the programme can be 2 to 5 days (arrival and departure days not included).
A standard programme foresees 2-3 inputs every day for a total amount of 8 hours per day. The participants go into the theme further through lectures, meeting with experts, seminars, company visits and discussions with policy makers.
The programme takes place in Vicenza and surroundings, in Venice and in Verona or Padua. Local transfers are made by public transport or by private bus.
A member of Eurocultura’s team accompanies the group and is responsible for the moderation and the translation.
The programme languages are English, German and Spanish. Other languages ​​are available upon request at an additional cost.
Eurocultura can provide also accommodation in hotel and a cultural programme following the partner’s wishes.
Vicenza is very easy to reach from the airports of Venice, Verona and Treviso. It lies on the international train route Milan-Verona and on the Highway A4.
